Scheduling Hours
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, SAT 9 AM - 2:00 PM local time. Requests submitted after hours will be reviewed the next business day.
Book in Advance
We recommend scheduling at least 48 hours ahead for medical appointments. Same-day requests are accepted based on availability.
Medicaid Riders
If you're a Medicaid beneficiary, please have your member ID ready. We'll handle prior authorization coordination on your behalf.
